Nothing lightens the mood like little kids! It’s the baby brigade featuring two of the cutest little girls in the world (If you couldn’t tell, I’m quite biased) and their handsome little nephew. They all enjoyed a play date today and totally wrecked my bed. They dissected it, piece by piece until it was bare and then played in the pile of sheets and pillows on the floor. They were about halfway done rearranging my bed when I snapped these shots.

Aiden, my Sister’s son is on the left and my eldest little prissy pants princess is on the right. Her hair has flourished practically overnight. She has such beautiful curls. I am jealous!

The Three Stooges posed for this one but at the last second, Victoria looked down. I decided it would have to do though, because there isn’t a single other shot that doesn’t have someone facing away from the camera, someone’s finger jammed up the nose, or a blurry motion shot. *sigh* I really need to learn how to work a camera better!

LOL - they are so adorable! Don’t worry - it’s not the camera at all! It’s almost impossible to get a shot of kids that isn’t blurry or have a finger up a nose. All kid shots are “action” shots so it’s hard to avoid! heehee.

I never get decent pictures of my two kids together so I can just imagine how hard it is to get three of them to settle down for long enough to take a photo!

They are adorable. I can’t even get my adult relatives to look normal in pictures, so I think you’ve done a good job here.

Hi Antibarbie,
What adorable cuties!
February 20th, 2008 - 3:41 pm
It’s amazing how quickly these little cuties can wreck a bed…lol And they’re so darn cute, of course, we let them!
Don’t worry about your photo taking abilities…we can see how absolutely adorable they are. Thanks for sharing.

Forget about learning to use the camera better for better shots. Kids never cooperate in large numbers with the camera. It is easier to cheat and learn Photoshop, and put together all the smiling faces that way.

Yeah, the girls really don’t sit still very often but my nephew will make cheesy smiles for each shot!

Loads of fun. Aiden decided he wanted to play ‘Star Wars’ and said that he was ‘Lute Styewalker’ in his words. My sister was ‘Pincess Leya’ and the girls were just jedi knights I guess but I got to be ‘Darf Vader’ and as such was tackled and then mercilessly pummeled for what felt like a good two to three hours.

My youngest, Alia, normally tries to rush over and grab the camera from me when I take it out or she wants to stand in front of it and try and touch it. Not an easy task - at all.
